The fastest-growing market is in Malta. It is followed by Cambodia, the Dominican Republic, Turkey, and Panama. The cheapest life is in Morocco, Turkey, Mexico, and Bulgaria.
From the point of view of the exchange rate against the US dollar, it is most advantageous for the buyers to acquire the property in Colombia. Chile, Brazil, Uruguay, and Turkey follow.
The cheapest homes are in Nicaragua, Ecuador, and Morocco. The top 5 include Montenegro and Costa Rica.
