Bulgaria ranks eighth in Europe in income from investments in properties which are bought for renting.

According to the statistics, in our country the income is 5.77% per year. On the Balkans in front of us is only Turkey, where the reported index is 5.91%. Our southeast neighbor is ranked seventh. Immediately behind Bulgaria is Cyprus - with 5.70% yield. The first placein the ranking list is taken by Ireland which is the only country with income above 7%.

Bulgarian brokers advise the investment in a property for rental to be made in the cities where the demand is highest.

According to statistics, the advantage of all top ten countries is the relatively low property prices and rising rent prices, especially in the big cities, which provides opportunity for a decent income.
