House prices in Sofia stopped rising

Changes in the average house price were not observed, the values achieved in the second quarter remained in the third quarter.

Comparing the annual statistics for the third quarter of the current year with last year, the company reported a 14% increase in prices. The average price at which apartments are purchased is € 93,000. The purchase of a new home in turn-key is not popular in Bulgaria. Only 5% of customers benefit from it. The reason is mostly the high price. Of the sold homes, only 25% are fully furnished. The presence of a thermal power plant continues to bother customers. A proof of this is that only half of the apartments subject to a deal are with central heating.
