The peak in the cost of housing in Bulgaria is reached and some adjustment is expected in the coming years at the prices.

There will be adjustments in housing prices for the next few years. It is not expected what happened in 2008 when the financial crisis helped break the bubble in the sector. Expectations are for a drop of 5-8%.

Traditionally, the capital sets trends in this respect, while other big cities, such as Plovdiv, Varna, Burgas, and Rousse, follow the example with 5-6 months delay, experts say.

Agricultural land on the other hand moves from its own engines, which have little to do with the dwellings and the commercial areas.
