Smart Brokers develop several innovative projects for construction of residential buildings in Sofia.

We are up to start the construction of a luxury building in the favorable Izgrev residential community, which will include 26 luxury suites.

New to the residential market, the so called "green building" will meet international standards for sustainable construction BREEAM. The project was developed together with leading international architectural company. The apartments are spacious with large bedrooms, closets and bathrooms and the interesting acent is that some of the suites will be of duplex type - on two levels. This way the residents will have the feeling of spaciousness of a house, but still living in an aprtament.

At the front side of the building we project to arrange a fabulous park zone with a lot of greenery and playground. The building is facing south and overlooks the park. We have not released it officially on sale, but the interest is huge already.

Offer prices will start from 950 euros /m2. Our clients can can reserve an apartment with a deposit of € 10,000.
