Let it be such work to which our descendants will thank us ... “With this message began the awards ceremony in the national competition "Building of the Year 2017".

Over 500 professionals from the construction and investment industry, representatives of leading investors, construction companies, architects, engineers, consultants, representatives of state and local authorities participated in the ceremony of the 16th edition of the national competition in Sofia Event Center.

More than 60 are participating in the competition for new and renovated buildings across the country - divided into 13 categories plus the Audience Award. The projects were evaluated by a 32-member jury made up of prominent professionals in construction, architecture, culture and business, with Deputy Minister of Regional Development Denitsa Nikolova.

With great pleasure, we want to share with you that Residential building Izgrev 132, project of the investment company ACME, designed by Stephen George International and managed by SmartBrokers, was honored the first prize in the category "Green Buildings" at the prestigious award ceremony "Building of the year".

The award was accepted by our managing director Martin Yanev.
