More and more people are aware of the advantages of buying a home in new constructed building: the lower price expected, the flexible payment scheme, and more. Moreover, when purchasing new construction at an earlier stage, buyers also have the opportunity to choose a floors, exhibition and to buy a dwelling with a distribution they have dreamed of.

Most young families in Sofia, for example, do not have enough money to buy a home, on the one hand, and on the other, they have no property that they can put as collateral for a mortgage loan, so buying green is a great opportunity for them to have their own home.

For financial institutions, there is no obstacle to financing a property that does not have Acts 16. It is important that only users have a good credit history, that the construction company also has a reputation for being reliable and last but not least - the building has received Act 14.

When financing the purchase of a property with Act 14, the loan is absorbed in parts. In most cases, the scheme is individual, negotiated with the bank and the builder. Funding can be obtained up to 80-85% of the value of the property in the finished.

Buying green through credit is increasingly demanding and a good opportunity to buy a home.
