New construction properties dominate the buyer demand. More and more of them are also targeting the purchase of homes in the early stages of construction because of lower prices than projects in the advanced stage of construction, which, however, also hides its risks associated with the investor's ability to complete the entire project.

Sofia's southern neighborhoods continue to occupy leading positions in the search for buyers due to their proximity to the center and major points of the city. At the same time, investors' interest in the northern and western regions of the capital is growing because of the proximity to metro stops and the availability of terrains with potential for the development of new projects.

Among the popular residential neighborhoods in the capital in the third quarter were Manastirski Livadi, Vitosha, Dianabad, Mladost, Malinova Dolina and some more suburban neighborhoods, such as Vrubnitsa. The deals are made after longer negotiations and discounts from the sellers.
