Property buyers are looking for even bigger homes, share specialists. Three-bedroom homes are ranked first place, followed by two-bedroom dwellings, this trend reflects the desire of investors for construction.
Property prices are stable. In most of the districts of Sofia, the average price per square meter is about 1000 euros. Traditionally expensive neighborhoods remain "Yavorov", "Ivan Vazov", "Cross vada", "Geo Milev", "East" and the city center, the average price there is over 1100 euros. In the first half of the year growth rates are between 1 and 3%.
With the increasing competition of construction, prices will be balanced, and the prices of some homes located on not so many prestigious locations will drop.
