The most sought-after properties on real estate market continues to be one and two bedroom apartments.

The cheapest properties of this type in the center of the capital can be bought for 70 000 EUR. These are flats ranging from 80 to 90 sq m, most of them located on or around Hristo Botev Blvd. The streets "Stefan Karadja", "Gurko", "Shipka", "Vasil Levski" Blvd are the places with the most expensive three-bedroom apartments. Their value exceeds EUR 230 000.

The second and third places in the ranking are for Lozenets and Iztok with 2.89% and 2.62% respectively. The supply in both neighborhoods is very limited. Only 550 one-and two-bedroom apartments are offered in Lozenets. Their average price is around 1500 EUR / sq.m. There are twice less proposals in the East - 250 ads. The price per square meter is similar to that in Lozenets.

In the most sought-after neighborhoods with the purchase of the property, there are also Mladost 1 and Strelbishte. In the first quarter you can buy about 170 one and two bedroom apartments. Due to limited supply and strong interest, the average cost per square meter exceeds EUR 1,000. The same intensity of supply is also observed in the Strelbishte. There, however, the price is about 300 EUR / sq.m higher.
