This year the new construction will be a hit, the new projects meet to a greater extent the needs of the buyers, more modern and to better designed, with high quality materials and good prices.

The construction entrepreneurs last year were much more active and this is already being felt in the form of greater supply. New projects are precisely the factors that balance the market in Sofia and promote the search to find relevant supply of quality properties at prices that buyers are willing to pay.

There is reduction of the number of the days of property “stay” on the market. About 50 days took the sale of property in Sofia during the last quarter of 2015. In practice, in the second half of the year there was a significant acceleration of the period for property sale.

The most preferred type of housing for the customers is a two-bedroom property, but often while finalizing the deal they buy one bedroom apartment, as a half of the buying and selling in Sofia last year. Two bedroom apartments bought 35% of the customers.

The average price of deals in the last quarter of 2015 is 70 200 EUR. The offered prices and those based on actual deals are close, as the difference is now less than 100 EUR / square meter - the smallest difference for years. In 2015, the properties in Sofia were about 880 EUR / square meter - 2% more expensive than in 2014
