The offices were most preferred by investors in commercial real estate in Bulgaria in the second half of 2021, according to data from the consulting company Colliers International. They had a share of 35% of the annual investment volume, followed by transactions with construction plots (24%), industrial areas (19%), retail space (10%) and hotels (9%).
The volume of concluded investment transactions in the second half of 2021 managed to compensate for the lower activity in the first half of the year. Thus, the investment market has registered an annual value of 240 million euros, which is a traditional level for Bulgaria
