Building permits issued in the third quarter of 2015 have increased by 11% on annual base

For the same period the started constructions of new residential buildings have increased by 24%.

Construction of new residential buildings could be seen in many neighborhoods as "Manastiski Livadi", "Vitosha" Studentski Grad "Krastova Vada", some areas of the center, "Banishora", "Reduta".

According to experts in the industry the customer's requirements have increased, especially in terms of interior spaces. It is important that they have correct forms, central heating, the quality of building materials and finishing works. Availability of garages and terraces are almost mandatory requirements.

The offered buildings still hardly meet the demand. The reason is in the bankruptcy of many companies whose constructions were stopped and entrepreneurs hardly started a new project without being sure that there will be enough buyers.
