There is a rise in the interest in houses with yards

There is a rise in the interest in houses with yards on the global and national scale despite the crisis of COVID-19.

According to the National Statistical Institute, there is the growth of the buildings, put into operation during the last trimester of 2020.

They are 879, as the houses in the lodgings are 3 912. There are 91 more buildings in comparison to the same trimester of 2019, which is a rise of 11.5%. The number of houses is increasing by 31.1% (928 houses).

643 houses are put into operation during the third quarter of 2020. Their number during 2019 was 576.

The highest number of new lodgings put into operations is in Plovdiv – 127 (with 568 houses), Varna – 120 (with 993 houses), Sofia – 107 (1 173 houses).
