Increasingly appealing to customers, seeking their first home with the prospect of family development, become homes with two bedrooms. Nearly 30% of clients are heading to three-room apartments,when they start looking to buy their first home.
Neighborhoods such as Vitosha, Krastova Vada and Manastirski Livadi are the most sought after among clients, and the average budget they spend on a three-bedroom apartment is about 140,000 euros.
Forecasts show an increase in fully furnished homes on the market. In two-bedroom apartments, this trend is felt most strongly by the fact that customers are given the greater amount of the purchase, and therefore expectations are high.
