The real growth in house prices in Bulgaria remains stable in the second quarter, according to the online edition of Global Property Guide. On an annual basis during the period April-June increase reached 2.3% (considering inflation), as it was in the first three months of the year. Quarterly price increase was 0.9%, also close to the result from the previous quarter.
For comparison, a year ago prices in Bulgaria fell by 4.6% to take account of inflation.
This price increase gives us 21st place in the overall ranking of the magazine, which includes 44 residential markets worldwide.
Compared to the previous quarter move five positions, but moving forward in the rankings is explained more by falling prices in several markets that occupy the front positions of Bulgaria.
