In the first quarter of 2021, there is growth in the number of newly built houses according to the National Statistical Institute. However, the construction of housing cooperatives is declining. 119 more houses were built compared to 2020 (from 553 to 672). 167 cooperatives are completed in the first months of 2021 - two less than the previous year. 925 residential buildings are put into operation during the first three months of 2021. The newly built residential buildings in them are 4011. Their number is increased by 208.
