“Coziness” and "comfort" are the leading headlines that impacted the construction of the small, boutique building "Vitosha" 8 in Vitosha “VEC Simeonovo".

Construction began in June 2016 and after only a year and three months it has already covered all the requirements to get a Certificate for habitation or Act 16 as it is more familiar.
