A modern building. A quality maisonette. And ... a smart exhibition.

This Saturday we presented at a formal event a truly impressive property. And we combined it with the creativity of a truly impressive artist.

Last Saturday, the luxury maisonette in the new boutique building (completed in August this year) next to GM Dimitrov Blvd, Simeonovsko shose Blvd and Loven Park was open to guests and visitors.

The high quality newly constructed building (with Certificate for habitation since September this year) offers a high level of thermal insulation, sound insulation and aluminum windows with low-e glazing of the highest class-CS Reynaers 77. The apartment has an individual LG air-to-water heat pump, and other extras and amenities.

However, instead of furniture the space was performed art photographies of Alex Manchev. They turned the maisonette into a gallery for contemporary art, and one of the rooms into a professional photographic studio, in which each visitor will stand in the spotlight and in front of the lens.

A few frames of the last exhibition of Alex “The Freedom Project”, through which he searches the natural beauty, the wildlife and the elusive spirit of the nude female body.

A photographer with international experience and recognition, Alex Manchev became the first contemporary Bulgarian artist that we introduced in our new SmartArt project.

SmartArt will be the connection between the art and the estates – the way we see it.

Regarding the black framed square, which gives new meaning to the white wall. For the empty space, which becomes home. To the imagination that creates the future.
