Interest in houses and plots for construction on the outskirts of Sofia is growing.

The funds that buyers are willing to pay are in a wide range and range from 90 thousand to 300 thousand euros, depending on the area and condition of the house or plot. The greatest demand is for such properties in the Dragalevtsi and Simeonovo neighborhoods, as well as in the villages of German, Lozen, Pancharevo, Bistritsa and others. The prices of the plots also vary in a wide range from 50 thousand to 150 thousand euros in the settlements around Sofia, and in the capital itself they are significantly higher.
