104 projects competed in the third edition of the competition.

Yesterday at a representative ceremony were awarded the best architectural designs in the contest "Annual Architectural Awards ARCH INOVA": e-platform, created by the media in the field of construction, architecture and design. The nominees were divided into two categories: "Multifamily Buildings" where 8 projects were chosen out of 40 participants and 12 projects in "Detached House", sharply outlined of the 64 candidates. The 20 nominees were presented in an exhibition during the award ceremony.

The energy efective residential building "Izgrev 132", which is a part of the portfolio of Smart Brokers Ltd., took the second prize in the category. The nine-member jury are: "unobtrusive entry in the environment, restrained aesthetics, contemporary architectural image, energy efficiency, functionality". 4 main criteria are determinative for the final decision: innovation of architectural solutions and applied technologies, sustainability of the architecture and the harmonious insertion of buildings into the environment, the functionality of buildings and not least aesthetics. In addition to drawing attention to the industry, this event has the potential to become an incentive to improve the built environment in Bulgaria, although slowly and gradually.
