Duties and Responsibilities:
Attracting, retaining, and managing a team of real estate consultants.
Bringing new clients and developing further relationships with existing ones.
Identify trends and customer needs, building a short/medium/long-term sales pipeline according to targets.
Generate new leads, identify and contact decision-makers, screen potential business opportunities, and select the deals in line with strategies.
Develop and implement sales and business development strategy, sales processes, structure, and best practices across the company.
Identification of new residential developments after a comprehensive analysis of market mapping, zoning & neighborhood brands mix.
Strong industry network & relationship with developers, investors, and real estate consultants.
Qualifications:
A self-driven and target-achieving individual
5 years of work experience in a similar job role
Decision maker, self-starter, entrepreneur
Ability to generate new business opportunities
